Volleyball has always been my first love — and sometimes my biggest heartbreak. I grew up pouring everything I had into this game: extra reps, late nights in the gym, long hours in the weight room. I chased my dream all the way to the highest collegiate level, earning a spot at USC. But along the way, I faced the side of the sport that no one prepares you for — pressure, culture shock, and the mental toll of chasing perfection in an environment that didn’t always understand or support me. My journey took me from early success to deep struggles with confidence and identity. And while walking away was the hardest choice I ever made, it also shaped who I am now.
Today, I’m a coach, mentor, and trainer committed to giving young volleyball players what I wish I’d had: real guidance for the whole athlete — mind, body, and game. I’ve taken everything I learned (the good, the bad, and the ugly) and turned it into a mission to help athletes build skills, stay strong, and protect their mindset. I run lessons, camps, and mental performance training that go beyond just the scoreboard — helping players grow into confident teammates and resilient people.
This is just the start. My vision is to keep learning, growing, and adapting so I can show up better for every athlete who crosses my path. I want to keep expanding how I teach, coach, and connect — always finding new ways to help players not just perform, but believe in themselves and love the game. My hope is to make a positive impact on as many volleyball players and athletes as I can, helping, teaching, and loving the game I love right alongside them. I’m here to give them the tools, mindset, and support they need to become the best version of themselves — on the court and far beyond it.
