
These clinics are designed for athletes in grades 2–12 and focus on skill development, confidence, and love for the game. Sessions are grouped by age to ensure athletes are learning at an appropriate pace in a fun, supportive environment. Clinics are open to both boys and girls, with small group instruction to maximize reps and individual feedback.

This program is designed to teach young female athletes how to move their bodies safely, confidently, and efficiently. Many kids play sports but are never taught foundational movement skills like running, jumping, landing, squatting, and changing direction with proper alignment and control.
In this program, athletes will learn how their hips, knees, ankles, and core work together to support strong, healthy movement. Through age-appropriate drills and coaching, girls build body awareness, coordination, and confidence that carry over into every sport they play.
