Film & Match Insight
See Your Game Differently
Film review is one of the most underused tools in player development. Watching yourself play — really watching — changes everything. I use film to show athletes what they can't feel in the moment.
What Film Review Does
In the middle of a match, you're reacting. You don't have time to analyze your footwork, your read of the setter, or your body language after a missed serve. Film gives us that time.
I review match footage with athletes to identify patterns — both the habits that are working and the ones that are costing points. We look at technique, decision-making, positioning, and mental performance cues that show up on camera.
Film sessions are available as a standalone service or as a complement to your private lessons. Either way, the goal is the same: turn what you see into what you do.
How It Works
Submit Your Footage
Send me a match or practice clip — phone video is fine. I'll review it before our session.
Breakdown Session
We watch together and I walk you through what I see — the good, the fixable, and the patterns you might not have noticed.
Action Plan
Every film session ends with 2–3 specific things to work on. Clear, actionable, and tied to what we saw on screen.
