The Method
The Trifecta
Mind. Body. Game.
Most coaching programs pick one thing and run with it. The Trifecta is different — it's a complete approach built around the idea that you can't separate how you think, how you move, and how you understand the game. All three have to grow together.
Pillar One
Mind
Mental Performance
This is the one most coaches skip — and it's the most important. Your mental game determines everything: how you respond to a bad play, how you show up under pressure, how you lead your team, and how you feel about yourself as an athlete.
I work with athletes on confidence, focus, resilience, self-talk, and leadership. Not as an add-on — as a foundation. Because if your mind isn't right, no amount of reps will fix it.
Pillar Two
Body
Physical Development
Volleyball is an athletic sport. Jumping, cutting, diving, setting, swinging — your body has to be ready for all of it. Physical development isn't just about getting stronger, it's about moving better, recovering faster, and building the kind of athleticism that holds up over a long season.
Whether you're working on explosiveness, footwork, or just building a foundation of movement, I meet you where you are and build from there.
Pillar Three
Game
Game IQ & Film
Understanding the game is a skill — and it's one most athletes never get taught. Reading the court, anticipating plays, knowing your role in a system, understanding what the other team is doing before they do it — that's game IQ.
Through film review and match insight sessions, I help athletes see the game differently. When you understand what's happening and why, everything slows down and you start playing with real confidence.
