Personalized Sessions (in-person or virtual) Each session is tailored to fit the athlete’s mindset, season, and goals, focusing on confidence building and enhancing their performance. Practical Tools to Practice Between sessions, athletes receive simple routines to practice at home, before practice, or on game day, aiding in pressure management.
