In this pillar, athletes learn to manage nerves, build unshakeable confidence, and bounce back from mistakes. We teach practical mental skills like focus, self-talk, visualization, and resilience — helping players handle pressure, trust themselves, and show up strong in every moment, on and off the court.

What Is Mental Performance training ?

Mental performance training helps athletes strengthen the most important muscle in the game—the mind. Just like physical training builds strength, speed, and skill, mental training builds focus, confidence, resilience, and composure. It’s about learning how to handle pressure, bounce back from mistakes, and show up with the right mindset no matter the situation.

Why It Matters

Many athletes train their bodies but overlook their minds. The truth is, mental performance is often what separates good from great. An athlete can have all the talent in the world, but if nerves take over, confidence fades, or frustration builds—they won’t play their best.

Mental training gives athletes the tools to:

How It Works

  1. Start with a Mental Skills Check-In
    We get to know where the athlete is mentally, emotionally, and competitively.
     
  2. Personalized Sessions (in-person or virtual)
    Every session is adapted to fit the athlete’s mindset, season, and goals.
     
  3. Practical Tools to Practice
    Between sessions, athletes get simple routines they can use at home, before practice, or on game day.
     
  4. Support Along the Way
    This isn’t just a program—it’s a relationship. I stay connected, because mindset growth doesn’t happen overnight.

1-on-1 Mental Performance Coaching

  • Intro Session: $25 (45 mins – try it out!)
  • Regular Session: $55 (60 mins)

· Starter Plan – $100/month
Bi-weekly 30-minute calls + light text support

· Core Plan – $250/month
Weekly 60-minute sessions + text support

· Elite Plan – $360/month
Personalized mental skills custom journal, weekly 60-minute sessions, 24/7 support window, game day prep if needed


Group Training & Workshops (Great for teams or clubs)

  • Team Workshops (up to 15 athletes): $275
  • Small Group Series (4 weeks): $160 per athlete
